A left-footed player who possesses real pace, Samuel Chukwueze, who is also a fantastic dribbler and can play as an inverted winger, has established himself as one of the most interesting prospects out on the flank across Europe in the past few seasons. Born on 22 May 1999, the Nigerian, who developed at a few prestigious academies in his country, got to showcase his talent at the 2015 U17 World Cup in Chile, where his country triumphed. His understanding with Victor Osimhen attracted the attention of Villarreal, who decided to bring him to Spain in 2017.

He initially continued his development in the Spanish side's B team before making his debut for the first team in the Europa League in September 2018.
